Job Summary:

We are seeking a multi-skilled, self-motivated individual with a prior background in sales for a Territory Sales Representative position to help us increase sales and address customer needs within the territory. This individual’s responsibility includes, presenting our products and services to existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying local business opportunities and challenges
  • Promoting and selling to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach

This highly skilled Machine Technician will work in the installation, modification, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automation equipment, including, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and extruder machines. The work is primarily characterized by responsibility for the facility automation equipment, however other responsibilities for electrical power systems, pneumatic and mechanical assignments may be included with this work.

  • Managing preventative, predictive, and scheduled maintenance, or repair of automation equipment and others
  • Troubleshooting equipment when necessary
  • Reading and reviewing drawings, instructional manuals and special procedures, as needed, from files or other sources

  • Documenting all repairs and keeping track of machine parts used for repair

Qualifications

Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for rolling extruded tubing in a safe and efficient manner and assisting with other departmental duties as assigned.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extruding tubing in a safe manner to produce a quality product and reporting to the extrusion supervisor or lead on all aspects of the business in conformance with the company’s established policies and objectives
  • Following prescribed procedures to roll extruded tubing to customer requirements
  • Moving and positioning nip rollers, rewind shafts, and razor cut devices as required for proper operation
  • Potentially operating extrusion equipment and monitoring continued operations to maintain proper flow of raw materials and forming, cutting, and rewind operations
  • Performing or assisting in complicated machine setup and equipment repair
  • Detecting and reporting defective material, unusual conditions, or faulty equipment to the department lead or supervisor
  • Interfacing with all departments as required to produce high quality products
  • Ensuring the compliance of safety in the warehouse

Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager will manage and develop the quality department to further mature a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Quality Manager will ensure that the quality system requirements are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with applicable standards. The Quality Manager oversees both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the quality department.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong leadership over the Quality department staff
  • Ensuring all department activities and projects are aligned with company goals and strategies
  • Designing, developing, and leading improvements to the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance to appropriate guidelines and regulation, including all audits (internal/external) as well as 3rd party certification audits, and management review
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and partnerships with management to develop effective solutions that promote company’s business objectives
  • Identifying and appropriately elevating product/supply risks to Senior Management, and then developing mitigation strategies
  • Providing quality technical expertise in the development of validation strategy for process, test method, software, and facility qualification/validation
  • Providing quality oversight of the validation system to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner
  • Supporting strategic supplier management, including selecting, approving, and maintaining suppliers, supplier quality plans, process, and validations
  • Defining key metrics related to process and product efficiency
