Series
2000 High flow screen filter |
|
|
|
Engineered to meet ISO 9000
standards. series 2000 screen filters are constructed from the
highest quality materials, for maximum anti-corrosion and a seven
stage safeguard protection coating against common agriculture
chemical. the screen filter are factory tested to be the highest
quality control standards, and are designed for easy periodic
maintenance and service. |
- Application:
- Irrigation
- Municipal water supply
- Secondary filtration after gravel
or sand filter
All New 2000 Series screen
Filters
- Features:
- The filtration unit consists
of a stainless steel screen and protective plastic screen
welded on the external suface of a PVC cylinder
which make the filtering unit very strong and enable a better
and easier maintenance and cleaning
- Body of screen made of PVC cylinder
holed with spiral grooves on the exetrnal diameter, these grooves
are unique and their function is important. They make the effective
and actual fitration area to be the same as the external surface
area of the PVC cylinder and not as a holes surface only. The
spiralled grooves enlarge the filtration area by 3 to 4 times
- Intermediate plastic screen
provide s physical protection and ensures long durability to
the stainless steel filtrating screen by preventing the water
pressure from "bending" the stainless steel screen
into the holes of the PVC protective cylinder and by lifting
the screen from the PVC cylinder surface it achieves additional
improvement in the filtration area
- Available with manual or automatic
drain valve located on side of the filter and with two pressure
testing ports
- Series 2000 filter bodies and
cover have a 100 micron extra durable polyester coating applied
electrostatically and are oven-cured on a zinc phosphate layer
for maximum anti corrosion protection
- Human engineering, the filter
is very easy to dismantal and re-assembl in the field with cover
upwards with no need to bend whan open
- Filters have horizontal inlet
and outlet for in-line installation at 180 degree
- Available with flange connection
- The filter can be cleaned manually
only
- Range of screen: 60 to 140 mesh
|
-
- Performance and technical
