Features:

  • Excel Series CV PC Dripline can be installed above or below grade
  • Excel Series CV PC Dripline comes with check valves to prevent particles and debris from entering the dripper at the end of the irrigation cycle
  • Excel Series CV PC Dripline emitter check valves prevent drainage from the drip line when the water pressure drops below 1.5 PSI. This feature protects the drip line from the siphoning of small soil particles into the drippers, making it ideal for sub-surface drip installation
  • Available in two (2) flow rates to provide maximum flexibility in a variety of applications
  • Flow regulated: all drippers deliver equal flow at a wide range of operating pressures
  • Flow uniformity regardless of operating pressure and variation along the line
  • The dripper and the diaphragm are self contained units that are molded to the interior wall of the polyethylene tubing
  • Excel PC Dripline's turbulent flow through large labyrinth water passages leads water into the flow control chamber where a sensitive floating silicon diaphragm regulates and maintains a constant flow rate at variable inlet pressures. The silicon diaphragm allows pressure to build up within the chamber and flush any debris that was not be captured by the intake filter. Clogging is reduced due to the dripper's filter intake area being continuously flushed by the water flow
  • Excel PC Dripline includes one (1) inlet and two (2) outlets per emitter. The intake inlet has a number of raised grooves that act as a secondary filter. The design of the filter intake area, continuously flushed by water flow through the operation of the system, gives the dripper its resistance to clogging. The dual, oppositely oriented, directional outlets act as physical roots and debris barriers, as the water exits the drip emitter and the polyethylene tubing from opposite locations
  • Resistant to chemicals and fertilizers commonly used in the landscape
  • Flexible tubing for easy installation
  • The drip tubing is marked with flow rate and size for easy identification
  • Made of low density, UV resistant, 7510 polyethylene resins with a Fingerprint™
