This award serves to emphasize innovations and highlights the achievements by manufacturers in a range of categories.

The LEIT-2 ambient power wireless irrigation control system is the result of three years in development, with feedback from customers and distributors alike, it is a strong testament to the importance that DIG Corporation places on developing innovative technologies that can benefit all.
Designed for residential and commercial applications, the LEIT-2 is a wireless irrigation control system combining both controller and handset. The LEIT-2 controller is a 2-station ambient light powered, wireless controller that can be programmed using the LEIT RC2 handset. The LEIT RC2 remote control handset communicates with up to 99 LEIT-2 controllers, or 198 valves, from a distance of up to 100 meters (350) feet line of sight. The RC2 remote handset has a large LCD display with intuitive icon-based software that is used to communicate with the LEIT-2 controller. All controller operations are performed using the RC2 remote handset. After installation, no further visits to the actual controller are required under normal conditions.
The controller is available with radio frequency in the ISM band 902-928 MHz (869.7-870 MHz) and it is FCC, CE, Canada and Australia certified
