Technical Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Representative. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accepting and responding to incoming technical and customer service phone calls from a variety of sources (i.e. retail end users and commercial dealers), responsible for the testing and processing of defective and non-defective product returns from end users, dealers and international personnel, accurate and timely processing, packaging and shipping of replacement part orders from company website, assisting in trade show display preparation, set-up and returns and other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent phone and communication skills and have the ability to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing, posses basic computer skills and be able to use MS Word, Excel and e-mail communication. Preference will be given to applicants with prior irrigation experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
